Option 1 (simple & solid): The interview process was straightforward and friendly. I was first contacted to arrange a time, and the interview took place either in person or online. The interviewer asked questions about my experience, customer service skills, and how I would handle different situations. There was also an opportunity to ask questions about the role and expectations.
