Pretty Easy - There was an initial phone screen followed by several one on one interviews. I found a lot of the same questions were being asked outside of the technical interview.

Interview
Three rounds of interviews one from HR, one from the team you are working with more closely and last from what would be your direct supervisor. The team interview was in a luncheon format. The HR and supervisor interviews were over the phone.
