interviewers were friendly, it felt more of a conversation and they encouraged me to ask questions. they were interested in background and seeing how you handle different situations in the work force.
Timely and thorough process executed well by the recruiting team. Good mix of questions regarding experience and questions regarding approach I would take if offered the role. Overall a positive experience.
First phone interview, where a myriad of behavioral questions were asked. Second interview was with a team member, this too was mostly behavioral. The final interview was in person with the head of the department.
