There was no process as such. The COO called me and had some friendly chit chat - irrelevant to the profile at hand. She asked about the referrer as how I was related to him. And then told me at length about the company. It was like drumming her own beat through out, to which I just nodded. Right away she send me an assignment - that was 1 day's task which I was required to submit. Then she resorted to silly questions about family and friends, followed by some orientation about the parent company and its concerns.
