Interview
Phone screen, then multiple interviews with various groups of people from the team, always with 3-8 people in a group panel format that lasts no longer than an hour. Can happen multiple times over several weeks. Happens with your future team members as they check culture fit, skills in job, and overall feeling.

Question 1

I was interviewed first by the immediate supervisor during a 30 minute interview. At the end of this interview I was informed that I'd be moving forward in the process, and was told how I'd be receiving information for the next steps. That information arrived the next day and I was quickly and easily scheduled for follow-up interviews that aligned with my availability.
I then completed two additional interviews, each containing two other relevant parties. These interviews lasted roughly one hour each.
Immediately following these interviews, I was notified of the expected timeline via email. I received a phone call earlier than expected with a final result and offer from my recruiter!

I interviewed at Blizzard Entertainment (Irvine, CA)
Interview
Three calls over several days. The initial position was filled by another candidate but I was passed over to another team that was actively hiring for the same position and got another interview with them.

Question 1
What was an an example of when you had to mediate a conflict within your team?
Interview process was most difficult because the interviewer had a poor grasp of the English language and on top of that they were on a conference phone with interference. I brought up the interference during the call but it wasn't remedied. I really had a difficult time understanding the words. Otherwise the interview would not have been difficult. I think someone in Management running the interview process should be able to communicate to people that they interview.

They focused a lot on diversity and inclusion. The other 50% was about the role.
