I received an email from the recruiter, had a 1-on-1 interview with him, it was very casual and relaxed. I later received a follow up email to sit down with him and a few leads within the company. This one was more tense and frequently I felt more like they were trying to gauge my views on the political state the company portrays and that my qualifications weren't enough for them. I ended up getting an offer, but they were insultingly low with their offer and refused to budge.
