I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Block (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Recruiter was there every step of the way. The interview loops made sense, duration of 30 min each. All interviews provided overviews, information, and a few STAR based questions. All interviewers felt passionate about the work they do and seemed personable. This process happened over 3 or so weeks.

Interview
I scheduled an intro call and the person I spoke to told me on the call that I would be moving on to the next round. I sent over my availability for the following week (as they asked) and didn't hear back until mid-week of that following week. I had to follow up asking them when I should expert the invite. They were apologetic and it seemed like they weren't super organized with the pipeline. I had my second call, which seemed to go really well. The person I spoke to was responding to my answers like they agreed with my approach. I reached out to the initial person I spoke to after my second call to ask a question (they were my point of contact) and did not receive a reply. A few days later, I received a canned decline email. I responded with a question and again, never received a reply. A quite confused and sloppy experience.
