Interview
The interview process was mostly done through video conference. There were multiple stages with different team members asking both professional and skill based questions. It felt the emphasis was on trying to see if the candidate would fit both the job requirement and the team culture.

Interview
I was referred so I came in for coffee followed by two onsite interviews with people from my immediate team and people that I would work with in the role. All interviews consisted of 1:1 conversations and it felt like the topics were varied. I was given an offer a few days after interviewing.
