Blue Earth Diagnostics interview questions

Process was a HR screening, followed by a virtual meeting with the hiring manager and then an on-site panel interview with five other people. Interview process was standard, but their approach after it was not. After I finished with my final round of interviews, I was told that I should hear back a week later. I received an email shortly after that period saying that I was still under consideration for the role, but that they would be conducting additional interviews with other candidates over the following two weeks and that a final decision would be made at the end of that second week. That two week period and then some passed and I still didn't hear anything, so I followed up. I received a response days later saying that they were still in the interview process and should have a decision by early the next week. That week also passed without any updates and I didn't even receive a response when I followed up again the week after that (which was now 5 weeks after their original time frame). Impression I got was that the hiring manager was very indecisive and unwilling to eliminate candidates even when it was clear that they decided to start the process over again. The company itself seems promising, but beware that their interview/hiring process is disorganized at best.

Recruiter reached out, did a typical phone screen. Next was an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a 4 panel interview. The 4 panel interview included the hiring manager as well. Hiring manager verbally offered the role to me and spoke logistics of me starting. Followed by a rejection email from the recruiter. If they lie like this in the beginning, just imagine how the company runs
