The first interview is with Head of Talent. The head of talent asked generic questions that were based on personal background. The interview lasted 30 minutes. Hard to read their impressions. The following process is a series of three more interviews, one of which includes a presentation.

I met with the org's HR person who also serves as their DEI person. She asked me a preset list of questions and listened to each of my answers. The interview lasted all of 1/2 hour.
