Boeing Design Analysis Engineer interview questions

The interview process was straight forward. Situation Task Action Result (STAR) is a method that is used to describe a situation that is relevant to any work or college experience that was challenging.

Panel of three engineers, who of which you could potentially be working under. You will be asked a series of questions mostly behavioral and situational. They inform you that the interview will take around 30 minutes. Questions range from the basic "what makes you qualified for this position" and "tell us about a project where (engineering issue) happens". When they say "project" they allow you to use ANYTHING you think can relate to the question- Classroom, personal, or professional. They are understanding that not all have technical experience. Behavioral questions are subject to relating to what you would do when you don't get along with someone.
