The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (North Charleston, SC) in Jun 2024
Interview
Fairly simple STAR format. Practice a few relevant stories that you can pivot depending based on general behavioral or situational questions. I would advise ending the interview asking on timelines, as it's not always Boeing's strongsuit for job placement.

First round was a basic screening with an HR rep. I was invited to an on-site round with the Hiring Manager, another manager, and the lead. I don't remember the questions, but I remember that they were not hard. The interview was relatively easy. I received an offer, accepted, and worked there for about 2 years.
Interviewed with multiple people at once. Was overall a positive experience. Lots of follow up questions were asked -it felt like the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know you
There were three rounds of interviews with recruiter and managers followed by one final interview with executives. No assignments or briefings required as part of interviews. Overall process was around a month.
