Submission of application online, next phase, a phone screening is held. Final phase: Called up to the corporate office for a face-to-face interview with HR. After which, I wrote a short essay, 3 questions to choose from, write 1. At the end of the day, a group lunch was held with the interviewers as well as the interviewees.
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Seoul) in Mar 2015
Interview
Saw the offer online at my university's career development program and applied through Boeing's main portal website. Went through the standard Boeing application form AFTER having uploaded a resume in PDF format. A screening phone call came in after a few weeks.
