I gave my resume to a representative from Boeing at my school's career fair. I later received a phone call from a rep who wanted to schedule me in for a 1on1 interview.
I am used to purely technical interviews, so I was surprised that I got asked more behavioral questions (about projects, difficulties, experience, and other stuff on my resume). The interviewer was nice and would take notes on his laptop while I answered each question that they read off from the screen.
Did an online questionnaire and video interview process. They send a link in an email and ask you to do it within 3 days, though they extended me automatically when I got too busy to do the interview.
