I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Mesa, AZ) in Jan 2020

      Interview

I Got a phone interview where they asked the structured interview questions from Boeing. Shortly after I got a follow-up interview onsite in Mesa, the in-person interview had the same questions as the phone interview and there weren't really any surprise questions. After the interview they took me on a tour of the facility. They called the next day to give me an offer.
