Met at Boeing facility where I picked up a badge that had been advanced. I was met by the hiring manager who included 2 other departmental team members in the interview. I received an introduction about the customer service team, had the opportunity to ask questions, went through situational questions, and was asked to provide STAR answers

How would you respond if a customer was asking you to speed up delivery times? How have you managed a challenging customer?

Interview
The interview process was in person, and lasted about 45 minutes.
We talked about past work history and was explained the current role.
Manager was nice, and mentioned that I would be given a call whether I was offered the position or not.

few questions been asked and overall not that formal. interviewers are not that strict and formal. it ended quite fast. interview questions are formal and not that challenging. overall fair experience.
