Found the role on LinkedIn, and applied on company website for multiple Graduate roles. I was selected for interview for the Electronics Engineer and passed onto the Graduate Assessment Centre. Did not receive offer of employment.

Question 1
This interview involved interpersonal questions e.g. how do you resolve conflicts, how to work as a team, how do you escalate issues and how do you support your team members. The questions are aimed to understand how do you fit within the organisation and how can you adapt to new scenarios.

Interview
Fairly straightforward interview with around 5 behavioural questions, mainly relating to past experiences. Allowed to make my responses as technical or non-technical as I wanted to show my level of knowledge.
