Boeing Learning Designer interview questions

Three-round process. Final round: 2.5-hour on-site practical task at Welwyn Garden City (4 hours travel total). Promised feedback in one week; received rejection after one month with no feedback. Travel reimbursement policy never disclosed upfront—only learned it existed after requesting reimbursement for £35. Boeing’s policy: no reimbursement unless pre-agreed. The assessment task could have been remote; the mandatory on-site requirement imposed substantial costs and burden with zero consideration for candidate accessibility. Disappointing from a world-leading company.
