Almost no questions were asked about my experience. The interview lasted 5 minutes and was not formal or serious at all. Interviewer was very friendly and seemed interested in me, but never called references or anything.

The interview was simple and low-key. The person interviewing me was very friendly, and wanted to know about my past retail experience as well as what kind of availability I had. It was not at all intimidating, and overall a positive process.
