After applying was invited to a interview, asked for my availability which I gave within an hour. That week went by, gave further availability and again ghosted.
I then see on LinkedIn recruiter and director pushing for candidates for the role. Chased via email and Linkedin and was told the role was on hold and now it's back in play, once again asked for my availability which was given multiple options.
Ghosted again, chased multiple times.
After weeks of this I withdrew from the process.
Not a good way to treat people regardless of whether it's recruiting or not.

Grueling afternoon consisting of a revolving door of 4 managers who came in individually to ask the same questions. I planned only 1 hour for the interview (booked time off current job) and was there for 3 hours. This was after one phone interview with HR. Was offered job shortly after and had no opportunity to ask direct manager questions relating to the position and other relevant information. Job offer came from HR with paperwork and I had to press for an call with manager who seemed a bit put out. Red flags were the disregard for my time, no heads up on who I would be interviewing with , and no opportunity for me to interview the company and ask questions. Declined offer.
