Unprofessional
First, they shortlisted and then gave a task. After that, they called and emailed about interviewing at the office.
The interview went very well, asking about projects, questions related to the position and tech stuff.
The next day called and told me they had selected me for a final interview with the CEO.
On the day scheduled day after reaching there, HR told me the interview had been postponed and I was called but I did not pick up. I politely told them I did not receive any calls from them as I also checked my call logs. So, HR said they will inform me about the next schedule.
Around 3 weeks later, they sent a rejection mail.
It's ok if they hired someone internally or maybe they found someone suitable for the post. But the management is very messed up.
At least have some decency to your applicants, don't reject someone after selecting them for an interview and finally not giving the person a chance.
