I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bone Daddies (London, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
1. Phone interview
2. In person interview
3. Trial shift
4. Interview with OPS Director
Poor style from the beginning - how you can say to someone : "we're not looking, but you know". After positive trial shift, was rejected after meeting with OPS Director - please, learn more about been positive and how to interview. Her attitude was very unprofessional from the beginning: zero smile, no focus on interview.

Question 1
As everywhere: experience, skills, problem solving, knowledge about the company.

Interview
Having advertised the position on Harri, I applied and about a week later I was invited to attend an interview in Soho the following week by email. I accepted the interview, took the day off and headed into town. When I got there a lot of interviews obviously lined up one after another made the interview feel rushed, but the manager who interviewed me started off well, friendly welcome, intro to HR person who would be following up afterwards. A chat about background, previous employment, food and drink interests and a few people from industry we knew in common. I thought for a GM job in person, it was strange to feel so rushed. what was even stranger was to be totally ghosted afterwards. I have no problem being turned down for a job, but ghosting a GM? Appalling behaviour, put me off what I had thought was quite a cool company and people who I knew of in the industry. Bearing mind I applied through Harri, they could have had the manners to turn down my application through that portal. Dreadful
