It was traditional Graphic Designer interview process. Being asked questions like behavioral, past experiences, skill sets, and portfolio walkthrough. People seems nice and friendly. Very female oriented organization. If you want to gain experience as a Junior Designer, and if you are comfortable working at small company, you will be a good fit.

We talked about the different projects that the company is doing, after explaining how the interview process was going to be, she began to ask me about my experience in design.

Very simple and straightforward questions. Applied online and heard back immediately. A bit awkward as the office was small and didn't really seem to know what she was asking. Was very quick. Followed up with a writing sample.
