Applied and talked to a recruiter. I was a junior candidate.
Then, I was scheduled for a technical screen with one of the developers. It was a front end task, in which I implemented well for the most part. I asked a clarifying question in which the interviewer laughed at me and replied with a snarky tone. They also weren't clear on whether I could look up things during the interview. I implemented the second part of the task completely as well, in which the interviewer admitted that it was complete. During the end when I got to ask questions, the interviewer said that "we only hire senior guys". After that I got rejected by HR.
Advice to the company: perhaps screen someone's resume before you make them waste time during a technical interview where we had no chance to begin with.
