It was amazing. The interviewers were really nice and understanding. I was nervous at first, and they were super friendly about it. The questions weren't hard at all but unconventional. Things like my favourite genres and reading frequency. Some situational questions, like how I would react with an angry customer and how I'd sell them a product. An overall fruitful experience. And did I mention they're the best to work with? Very healthy and rewarding environment.
Three part assessment:
English assessment: very easy
Communication assessment: test how you communicate with potential customers
Final Interview : same old question , what do you know about our company, how would you handle an angry customer, would you tell a small lie for us , sell me something

Panel of interviewers throwing questions at you in a very uncomfortable way, while recording the call. We also started the interview late. Didn't hear anything back after & even if I did, would've rejected.
