Boolanga Business interview questions

I was contacted by an HR associate by LinkedIn for this open position, saying that my profile was impressive and they wanted to ask if I would be interested on this offer. We scheduled a call for next week, the person was very nice and, after the talk, they let me with the impression I would be on the next phase, but more than 1 week went by, I tried contact by email asking if they had received my Resume (that I was asked to send), but no answer. I tried contact again via LinkedIn in the next week and the person said I was still on the run for the position and another person from the company would contact me to go further. This second person sent me an email on this day in the afternoon, saying that we should schedule a meeting. Early next day, I receive an email saying the position was already filled and thanked me for my participation. I believe their HR process are very disorganized, and they left me with the impression I just wasted my time taking part on this process. So, be aware if you are a candidate or someone gets in touch with you from their company, maybe it will be a waste of your time too.
