Interview
Initially the director of facilities and operations reached out to me and set up an interview. Then there were two additional interviews with the CEO and the associate director. I was asked standard questions regarding my education, experience, and reason(s) for applying.

Q: How you would navigate through [hypothetical situation]?
The interview was well organized with lots of communication. Initial screens were extensive so the 'fit' was assessed well early on. The environment was collaborative and engaging. The company is thoughtful about the science and the culture they are building.
