Boots Customer Assistant - Weekend interview questions

Applied online, passed the online assessment, got invited for an interview. I was so nervous! I’d never been to a proper interview before but honestly the assistant manager, who interviewed me, was so nice and friendly! They started off by asking questions about me - general interview things such as when will you be available to work, do you have transport etc. I also took a copy of my CV and she was happy to see that (also make sure you take your passport). The next stage of the interview was scenario questions - there is a booklet containing them and the interviewer will pick different ones. They are not difficult as long as you take your time and consider your answer first (they don’t mind you pausing before you speak). They pick the questions based on the ones you scored lower on in the online assessment. The interviewer was honestly so nice there is no need to get stressed about interviews with Boots they are so pleasant as long as you are polite and friendly. Then she explained abit about the job (hours, parking etc) and asked if I had any questions. Then she escorted me out & said she had other people to interview next week and would get back to me as soon as possible. Got a call the very next day - offered me the job!
