Interview
First (preliminary) and Second interview were about the company and you. The second interview will include discussion of the work conditions and you will do it with other candidates. Third interview includes a demo teaching which they will provide a situation and lessons to be taught
The prelim interview had 3 parts:
1- Orientation (slideshow) about the company (30 mins)
2- Group Discussion about a given topic (10 mins)
3- One-on-one interview (5 mins)
On the 3rd part I was asked with questions mostly from what I’ve written in my application and a little language test in Japanese.

Fast just one round interview with hiring manager name Pear she was very friendly and seemed like they were very lack of staff. The interview only in 1 hour and I could receive the offer letter right away, even though English is mot my native language
