Describe your skill set and how it works for this position.
Very conversational. Most of the questions were related to my internship experience and what I learned in college. Next I was shown around the office and talked with an employee and had the chance to asked questions about the company and his views of working there.

Interview
Formal interview. Met with HR director, CEO, President, and Business Unit Leader. Everyone was very easy to talk to and it was a positive experience. I left reflecting on questions asked as they were thought provoking questions.
