The interview was really funny. They made the experience comfortable and I left with a smile on my face! Definitely come prepared with an extra copy of your resume and remember that you are just talking to people not the manager of the whole plant.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bosch Rexroth
Interview
I found this interview process to either be testing how you handle a situation you are not allowed to prepare for, or an insight to how disorganized this company is- either way not a place I want to be. I was told the interview process would take about a month, and would be a phone screen, 30-60 minute behavioral interview, take home assessment, then a 2 hour technical interview. During the process steps were added and changed. The calendar invite clearly stated “Technical Interview” however the questions were over half behavioral, and this interview was scheduled for 1 hour. The job required Python and I was told the technical interview would have software questions. I spent days preparing with leetcode only to not have a single software question come up. I was also given articles and videos to review, and again those topics were not addressed during my ‘technical’ interview. A second take home assessment and an additional interview were added during this process. Please do not waste interviewers time by asking them to prepare/study items they will not be asked about. The questions for my ‘technical’ interview were presented on slides, and it was stated these are standard questions used for everyone. Knowing the questions were preplanned and I was guided to prep that was a waste of time is disappointing.
