Bottleneck Distant Assistants interview questions

It wasn't that good. I felt the interviewer lacks simple meeting etiquette. I, myself have handled recruitment, and I ALWAYS turn on my camera as it would help the interviewee feel more comfortable. The tone of how questioned were asked sounded robotic. I didn't find friendliness in it or enthusiasm. I thought this company has good eork culture, based on feedback and how they present it in social media, hut I guess I'm wrong. First encounter was already bad. Fyi, recruitment is the face of the company and reflection of the company's culture. You should he very careful on how you act.

Interview process was average. I had the initial interview, then came the assessment, signed up and uploaded an introductory video, lastly the final interview. During the interview I was informed about the offer. I successfully passed the final interview and I sadly got ghosted.
