Casual but with very little structure. It felt as though they were not prepared for my arrival, judging by the fact that I waited a fair amount and eventually someone from the office was sent to engage with me.

Was asked to answer some prepared questions. They didn’t actually end up asking the questions and just went through the portfolio and asked some general questions about experience and time to ask some questions at the end.
