Box Developer Advocate II interview questions

As of 2022, I would not recommend working at Box as a Developer Advocate or under their Developer Relations org. First of all, that entire area has resigned and there is currently one employee in that department. Previous leadership and employees quit. They are trying to improve things but it won't have a good outlook until 2024. So, I won't recommend joining until at least 2024. Now for the interview. The process was very disrespectful. I interviewed as Developer Advocate 2. I developed a website and had an excellent presentation. However, the team felt like I wasn't worth the Advocate 2 title, and thought I should be an Advocate 1. First of all, this is really disrespectful, as I have 5+ years of experience in the industry. Secondly, my interview performance was great. It's sad that they value years of experience over actual performance outcomes. Funny thing is, I got offered a level IV position at another company. I was actually up-levelled elsewhere and down-levelled at Box. Such a waste of time and very disrespectful handling from this team.
