Interview process: Phone screen with recruiter, then with hiring manager; onsite with hiring manager + 5 others (within team, including org. lead and cross functionally). Interview process assessed experiences, problem solving approaches as relevant to the role.
Asked to solution and share thought leadership on a few problems they are currently working through. Some interviews were more structured while others less so. Generally great people and culture seems to be very collaborative and engaging. A lot of opportunities provided to ask questions.
