I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Box (Austin, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
I had 2 rounds of interviews, and the communication was great. I did not have to beg them to follow up with me or keep me in the loop, as they were on top of things. The way they portrayed the company, I couldn't help but wish I worked there. They did advise me look into their product in detail and they as many things as Google Suites does, so that probably was the most difficult part of the interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Box (New York, NY) in Feb 2024
Interview
Had a 30 minute chat with the recruiter who was very helpful and gave me a tonne of information about the role and the company.
Followed up with a second stage interview with the hiring manager, which was a bit more technical but nothing too difficult. I was asked about myself and my knowledge of the company. I was unsuccessful due to lack of experience but would love to work for this company in the future.
