Very dedicated and well informed interview process. Recruiting team spent a lot of time to ensure I was prepared, Meanwhile, the team members I spoke when showed genuine interest in my interview.
Simply didn't get the role because of my interview jitters and lack of execution on my presentation. However, ZERO faults in their interview process as it was very professional, and Robynne was kind enough to call me by phone to inform me of their decision.

Question 1
Tell me of a time you had an unsuccessful month. What did you do following to ensure you saw success going forward?
Very inconsistent communication. Long gaps with no updates, followed by urgent requests to interview. The process felt unstructured and poorly coordinated. Felt unprofessional and disorganised. Not sure why, maybe I was just a backup.
Great interview process, quite lengthy but really well thought out. There was a call with recruiters, then hiring managers conversations, cultural fit call, panel meeting and then an in person meeting.

Applied online. Did initial recruiter interview, seemed very positive during the call and said she was going to follow up after the call to move me to the next round. Never received any follow up and was ghosted after emailing twice. Awful.
