Interview
Had initial phone screening with HR/Recruiter and during the call was scheduled for a follow up call with the hiring Director two days later. During conversation with hiring Director, was told that I may be a little overqualified for the position but would still like to be brought in for a panel interview another two days later. The face to face was with several panels and all went really well. Seems like a great group of people to work with, however I was not offered the position.

Interview
Box of Style ghosted me after two phone screens. I applied to an online posting for the job and was shortly after reached out to by the HR department to do an initial phone screen. The initial phone screen was a 30 minute behavioral interview with a friendly and profession HR representative. The second phone screen was another 30 minute behavioral interview with the hiring manager. I was asked questions on related experience for the role. I was told they were at the beginning of the interview process and wouldn't hear back for some time. Over the course of four weeks I reached out to the HR representative twice and the hiring manager once. I never received a response, let alone an update on my application. It has been 3.5 months and I still have not heard from the company.
