If you have to interview for a role at BCS it will be very easy as in the 10 months I was there over 20 Safety Managers, Commercial Managers, Contracts Managers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors or Site Managers left the business. This is from a permanent staff of 45 plus approx 15 freelance/agency managers. So I personally saw them recruit people based on availability and not suitability.
