Zoom interview. After that they sent surveys to test you on knowing stuff like leadership and management. After you do the surveys they will decide to make you progress or not.

The interviewer was friendly, but seemed very distracted. There were clearly other people in the room with her who she frequently talked to and the overall atmosphere was rather unprofessional
