I was contacted via separate HRs for two roles and both times the pay announced was the same. How weird is that? How does an Assistant Buyer role and a Buyer role have the same budget?
I was contacted within a period of six months and both times HRs reached out themselves via InMail on Linkedin. I declined the first time due to it not being a role I was seeking, but I still got a call and the salary mentioned for the role too was beneath my current salary. Six months later, another HR reaches out for a Buyer position and tells me that the budget for the role is lesser than my current salary. When I heard that it made no sense as the budget for both roles was the same?!
