Disorganised process with a US-based recruiter
The recruiter missed our first screening call with no notice, but showed up for the rescheduled one. I was told I’d be moving forward, but never received follow-up despite reaching out a week later (my email was ignored).
The expectations for the AE role seemed unclear and unrealistic — high activity numbers for enterprise accounts (20+ meetings/month, 50+ calls/day, 300–400 emails/week) without any existing benchmarks. When I asked if current reps were hitting those targets, it turned out only the co-founder was doing sales.
Overall, the process felt very disorganised, and the role didn’t seem clearly defined. Worth asking some direct questions if you proceed.
