Came in for two different interviews. Honestly, the questions were the weirdest. When they told me that they didn’t want to consider me for the position any more, I asked for feedback and never heard back.

How would you design a spice rack for a blind person?
After a technical assessment, a phone call with their recruiter, a virtual technical interview, a take-home project, and an in-person technical and personality interview, I have been ghosted. It is incredibly disrespectful to expect this many hours of a candidate's time and not even have the decency to respond to an email. I'm sure I'll get an automated rejection in another 3 weeks. Yeah, you don't say. Huge bummer because I thought I did well and I would've loved to work with the people I met.

Office is very small. Asked to code up addition of two multi digit numbers of any length. Then asked behavioral questions and about my resume. Rejected me with no feedback.
