There was a pre-interview online assessment tests that took a few hours to complete before being selected for an interview. These assessments tested things mostly irrelevant to the job postings like spacial reasoning, reading comprehension, etc. The first interview was a pretty generic behavioral interview over zoom with one of their engineers.
