The person who interviewed me was very rude and cold! She was talking so fast that I felt the interview was rushed and really affected my answers and thought process! Candidates take time to prep and research, we should be treated politely as being interviewed is a two way process. She cut me up numerous times and I felt she just was not interested and wasted both of our times. The interview was scheduled for 30 mins and was finished in less than 15 minutes. I then received an email to say they thought someone else was more aligned. I am not sure how this was measured fairly when she has no interest in getting to know me, my skills or experience. Overall, please be professional, treat people with kindness and respect.

The recruitment partner spoke very quickly, no proper introduction and did not put me, as the candidate, at ease. The rejection came with copy and paste feedback which wasn’t relevant. Please consider your candidate experience in future. Interviewing can be a scary experience and regardless of whether I was the right fit or not, I would still expect to be valued for my time.
