Communication with HR is horrible. It took 1-2 weeks to go from one interview to another, and you need all the time to write to HR and ask about the next steps. The technical interview is not hard, but the home assignment is without a clear requirement. For a home assignment, you can choose any framework to finish it, but I was rejected because the company uses another framework and style.
