Interview
I received an interview invite after a referral from a friend who works for Bridgewater Associates LP. I then had to watch the videos on what BW is all about to determine fit called "Inside Bridgewater" which is available on their site.

First round with HR.
Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.
