Recruiters are assigned to a school and they are proactive in reaching out and engaging candidates. Focus on group interviews with many candidates. Recruiting site has content to allow candidates to get a sense of the culture before going through the whole process.

They asked us for our opinions on current events and other controversial issues so that we could demonstrate our ability to formulate thoughts clearly and concisely in a group environment.
First round with HR.
Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.

Analytical debate and then further rounds discussing quantitative problems, analytical studies, etc. etc. around 4 to 5 rounds in total and also questions on resume and experience etc etc. not super chill or super intensive, nothing much else to add
