Bright Immigration interview questions

Received an email requesting a telephone interview. One with hiring manager and one with owner. Both were very courteous and super nice. They explained the job duties and tasks clearly.

I applied online. I was initially interviewed by phone and, after that, I had two in person interviews. I was interviewed by the two principals of the firm. I liked that it wasn't just the standard "checklist of questions" job interview but that, in addition to asking about my experience and knowledge, they were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person. They place a strong emphasis on integrity and honesty as part of the values of the firm and as qualities they want to see in employees of the firm. They are friendly and down to earth and I felt comfortable and at ease with them throughout the interview process.
