I was stood up for the first interview. In the second, the interviewer arrived 20 minutes late, asked a few questions, and then asked me to wait for an hour before leaving the meeting. An hour later, I received a message suggesting we try again next week. Needless to say, I didn't follow up.
The entire process felt extremely disrespectful and was a waste of my time. Weeks later, I'm still upset and felt the need to share my experience to help move past it. I'm not sure if this treatment was due to intentional discrimination because of my hearing disability; I had informed them of my condition before the first interview.
