I applied online. I interviewed at Brilliance Management Group (Willow Grove, PA)
Interview
I got a call within 48 hours, ran through some things with Jennifer on the phone to see if the company would be a good fit for myself and if I would be a good fit for the company, set up an interview. Jennifer was super friendly on the phone and willing to answer any questions.

Question 1
Was very simple interview asked about my past history with work, education, what I'm looking for in a company, what clients have I worked with in the past etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Brilliance Management Group in Sept 2017
Interview
Went into the first interview with a lot of skepticism. Did brief research on BMG only to come across minimal findings. There were little to no social media as well as a next-to-blank website. I went in dressing business professional as they preferred, yet their employees were dressed casually. The office was very closed off and the building was unmarked. I've driven by the area 1000 times in my life and never noticed there was even an office back there... The interview was extremely simple but when I started asking the President questions about the lack of appearance online, he simply stated he wasn't "tech savvy" and did not make note of the fact that there were even articles on his website and no info about the company itself. I questioned how long they'd been in business since I assumed it was a startup firm, but he went on a long story about how the landlord gave this space to him for a cheap rental fee and he'd been there since 2015. When I asked about salary, there was a vague response and my assumption is, he simply does not know what an employee would be paid and that it is mostly commission based; which also led to the assumption my role would be sales not marketing. Since I work part time, I'm looking for a full-tim position, which the CEO didn't quite understand since he told me I could easily work both jobs (regardless of my 20 hours of dedication to part time). It was all very sketchy in my opinion and I will not go back for the second round of the interview, even though I was invited back. The 12 employees that are hired seem to be fake considering the one was on the phone (presumably with a client) and was taking selfies when I walked by. Needless to say, this seems set up and I would not recommend anyone going to it.

Question 1
Are you comfortable with face-to-face confrontation
The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Brilliance Management Group (Willow Grove, PA)
Interview
Very strange and honestly pretty shady. Admin sits there doing phone screens while people are sitting waiting for interviews then she does the interview. No signage for building or office. Lobby looks like it was set up overnight with leftover furniture and paint from a yard sale.
